Coloring pages, color selections, and coloring progress created in the Application are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or receive your completed coloring pages or coloring progress.

• Legitimate interests — to ensure functionality, security, and performance of the Application;

4. How We Use Your Information

• ensuring and improving Application functionality;

• displaying advertisements (including personalized ads);
• analytics and usage statistics;

5. Advertising

The Application displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. These partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Personalized advertising is displayed only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, only after the user has provided consent. If personalized advertising is not permitted or consent has not been provided, non-personalized advertising may be displayed.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by:

• on iOS: go to Settings → Privacy → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track";
• on Android: go to Settings → Google → Ads and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

Please note that opting out does not remove advertising entirely — you will still see non-personalized ads.

The Application integrates the following third-party services. Their data processing is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:

DigitalOcean Spaces and CDN (DigitalOcean, LLC)

Used to host and deliver category data and coloring images to the Application. When the Application requests this content, DigitalOcean may process technical request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and network or device information in standard server and CDN logs.

7. Data Retention

We do not create user accounts or intentionally store personal data in our content storage. Coloring pages and coloring progress created by you remain on your device. Technical data and logs processed through third-party services are retained according to each service's own data retention policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the third-party services listed in Section 6 for details.

If you request deletion of your data, we will take reasonable steps to fulfill the request to the extent technically possible and within our control.

8. International Data Transfers

Information collected through the Application may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and the Russian Federation (via Yandex Advertising Network). These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country.

Such transfers are carried out subject to applicable safeguards and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Application against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
